Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next scheduled client. Full payment is still required.

- All sales, including gift cards and packages, are final and non-refundable.

8. Gift Cards & Packages
- Gift cards are non-refundable and must be used by the expiration date indicated.
- Prepaid packages are non-transferable and must be redeemed by the same individual unless stated otherwise.
